Terms and conditions

We ask that you please carefully read these terms and conditions before booking your child into any of our activities.
In booking our sessions or camps, it will be deemed that the terms have been accepted by the Parent or legal guardian upon payment or confirmation of your attendance.
If under any circumstance we amend our Terms and Conditions this will be communicated to our customers.

Booking

To make a booking with The Playr Project, you can access our session options through the website, or by directly emailing us at contact@theplayrproject.org
To confirm this booking we will ask for the player’s details, including age, name, and any health conditions we need to be aware of.
 

Cancellations 

If for any reason the session location or time needs to be amended, The Playr Project will contact you immediately.

For any cancellations initiated by us, the player will be able to reschedule at a new time and date. 

In the circumstance that a player has to cancel the session without reasonable evidence, there will be no refund or rescheduling allowed. 

Parent/guardian responsibility 

We ask that all players arrive at our sessions on time, and ready to start playing at the time allocated. 

To keep our sessions flowing smoothly we ask for parents and guardians to behave in a respectful manner towards our staff, other parents, and other players. If at any point we deem this behaviour unacceptable we will have to ask you to leave the premises. 

Customers must accept that football is a physical contact sport, and therefore demonstrations between a coach and player, as well as player to player may be present. All of which will be carried out in a professional manner. 

Photography/Videography 

On occasion, The Playr Project may have cameras present at sessions and clinics for the purpose of promotional literature. Parents/guardians who do not wish for their child to be included in these photos and/or videos must make a staff member present aware. 

Injury 

Before attending any of our sessions or clinics we will ask for any health or physical conditions to be stated upon booking confirmation. 

This can include medical conditions/illness/injuries/learning difficulties.
 

Complaint

Whilst we hope this is not necessary, in any circumstance that you feel a complaint is necessary we ask you to speak to the staff member present. If you are not satisfied with your outcome, we will require you to send a formal email to contact@theplayrproject.org

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties.
